Bad service, recommending your opposition

The worst service at the Canal walk Store Walked in and examined the lip butter at the counter. On needing assistance I had to wait for the blond girl to tell her her colleague about her date she is arranging for her boyfriend. Zainub then attended to me. I asked for lip butter for my 5 and 9 year old. Ahe showed me a srub in a stick elwhich looked dirty and toxic. I asked if this was all they had as lush had the sugar acrubs

I was told to go to lush as their products are better I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager wasn't there.

I waited for her to call the manager who as pee her refused to be disturbed. This is not the service I expect from your store. I went to Lush and spent close to R1000, which is a sale your store lost an an average purchase I make.
