Bad service

<p>When I first registered for the body shop loyalty card I was told that I will relieve a voucher on my birthday ,which I never recieved ever !so I went into the body shop in Benmore Gardens ,to ask about my birthday voucher ..when I walked in the lady I found there was sitting by the make up chair her name is Mpho ,so I gave her my story ..this girl just looked at me and moved her shoulders to say she doesn't know why I'm not recieving my voucher..she asked when my birthday was ,I said in August ..she just said oh well it has expired anyway ...this lady did not even bother to at least check why I'm not recieving my vouchers ..I walked out in shock with the service I had received .i love the body shop's products but the service o recieved ! I'm not even sure if I'll ever go back to any of their stores.</p>
