Bad products and feedback

The body shop has always been somewhere where I would shop! Not anymore not after the horrible way they handled their promotion day at Tygervalley making a pregnant woman stand in the heat with people coughing all over her for more than 2 hours for nothing! Than to top it off the products that I bought were not quality my face started to burn with the vitamin c range they had and when I emailed them they did nothing to try and make me less bitter about this experience! I will never shop there again with som many competitors why should I! They didn't even try to contact me about the products and make it up to me in any way!!! What kind of international company is this! I'm disgusted!!!
