Bad product

I was recommended to try your sea**** product, face wash and face moisturiser by one of your sales consultants at the centurion mall store. However when I started using the products, they affected my eyes and my optometrist told me that what i was using was having a bad reaction on my eyes. I’ve stopped using the product and my eyes are better. And I must say I am not the only one who is experiencing the same problem, I gave the product to my mum and she's also experiencing the same problem, so I told her to stop using it.

I am not happy at all with the product and I provided feedback on the company's website to complain about the product, till today i have not received any feedback from them
