Bad Customer Service Greenstone

I was shopping at Greenstone Mall yesterday for a Christmas present and I'm not pleased with their customer service. At one point, the assistant was using the tester lipstick to retouch her makeup. When I was paying, another lady spoke very rudely to me, like I'm a nuisance and I should just not buy from their store all together. She also spoke to me like a child when I asked for more clarification on the stores sales. When I asked for a Body Shop bag, she said there was none and gave me a small Clicks bag instead. Then she suggested that I could wrap it, when she was done, the wrapping looks horrible, not something that should be gifted at all. If she doesn't know how to wrap, she could've just not offered at all. Now, I'll have to re-wrap the present anyway. I'm usually quite pleased with the customer service at any Body Shop, I'm not sure what's happening with this one. But I won't be buying from them again, I'd rather drive further than go through that experience again.
