The Body Lab - Kempton Park ****!!!

I'm quite upset!

The Body Lab Kempton Park is ******** people!!! I was made to believe that what I'm signing is not a contract. It will only be valid after I use the code given to me. I have NEVER SET FOOT in that stupid gym. I called their call center and they told me I signed a contract.

I remember specifically asking if I'm signing a contract and the lady said no, it will only be valid once I use the code given to me! Next thing they're deducting money from my account.

I'm disgusted by this gym and to know I'm not the only one annoys me even further!!!
