Incompetence

We have been trying to plan a wedding at the Boathouse for 2 Jan 2016 since the beginning of this year. The poor management and incompetence of staff is disgusting. The aircons and electric gate and jacuzzi don't work. The pool is green and the outside light cannot be switched on. There were no glasses in the Penthouse and no chairs or tables for the deck and would only give 4 sun beds for a Penthouse that accommodates 10 people. The wedding package had a set amount per person and a week before the wedding they increased the amount for the food. The manager does not respond to emails, calls or messages and then tries to phone the bride at 1am in the morning. The Boathouse staff are unfriendly and unwilling to assist and I would not recommend that anyone use this venue. Disgusting!!!
