Jetski Sale

I purchased n jetski from Greg. the ski had 19 hours on it. i paid for the ski and had extras fitted which would take +- 2 weeks to fit i paid for the ski in full no problem had he had extras fitted. 3 weeks later i called Greg and then there was n problem with n sleeve in the jet pump and he had order the part. week later i called and the part arrived and fitted then there was n problem with the jetski key. next week i called and then there was problem with stainless ***** fish finder bracket. he promised the ski will be delivered and tested the following week. then the next week i called he had problem with he delivery vechicle extra. the following week friday i drove up to kokstad to meet him half way to get the jetski. i got the jetski with one of the covers over the battery missing, the battery wasnt fasten, no rod holders placed where i asked him and no radio. saterday tested the jetski and the thing would go forward so i drove on monday to durban and took it back and he said he is sorry and get everything finished and fixed up he never tested the ski. now he doesnt want to pay my money back for the jetski. please help and adives as he is n yamaha boat dealer and *****ing
