Jetski

We bought a second hand jetski (cash) with a warrenty in Oct 2015. We had it for an hour and it started leaking, took it back for repairs, when we got it back it was still leaking, so we took it back again. It is now January, we missed the whole festive season for which we bought the jetski and it is still not repaired. The Boat and Quad World have different meanings and feedback about what is wrong but after a lot of emails, whattsapps, telephone conversations etc, we still do not have our jetski or money back. Totally unacceptable behaviour and client service. We are very disgusted with their service.
