Worst service ever

I had a very bad experience and I did mention it to the lady by the name of Tsholofelo and she refused to refund me after I arrived there and waited outside and check in after 5 pm and the second day was taken out early to move to another room which was dirty and I also complained and they said they will book ke two days in May I must choose the date and we concluded and now they are refusing to give me those days thou most of my time kn my 3 night stay was spend without a unit moat if the time as I always had to wait outside . Im still waiting for them to give me my promised two days or give me a refund as promised. Disgusted service . I'm shocked
