The Blyde Units need new management

However the following can be improved on:

1. Cutlery & crockery needs to cater for the full no of people per unit. We had less plates, mugs glasses in each unit and others had nothing at all.

2. One unit had no kitchen utensils (knives, cutting board, thongs, dishing up s****s, egg lifter, etc) at all.

3. The games room was a disappointment for our kids, with only the soccer game working. Table tennis had no nets, pool table - ***** were jamming in the machine and no sticks.

4. The cinema again another disappointment as we had to bring our own movies to watch 🙃

5. The admin of getting a new arm band 4 access to the 'beach' everyday can be improved. Perhaps get visitors 1 armband on arrival with dates for the entire duration of stay.

6. One unit had not bucket & mop at all

7. Insufficient number of towels in all units to cater for the number of people that the units cater for

8. All our units were infested with roaches

9. Our units should have been checked and cleaned before we checked in. broken chairs are a dangerous someone could of got hurt. Also we had children under the age of 2years and we had to clean broken glass from a mirror.

10. There shouldn't be broken ironing boards and TVs on the outside sitting area where children are playing.

11. Not very clean

Venue was good and the fact that there is solar/ inverters for loads is a plus.
