The Blyde DISGUSTING

The worst place ever. Their booking form has a check in time option which doesn't exist, check in is strictly at 2pm. I arrived at 2pm to be told there is no paper work for me I have to wait. By 14:10 I contacted the person I had been dealing with, she came to the gate and got into my car for us to collect the paper work on route to our room. Arrived at our room by 14:30. The cleaning lady was still busy cleaning. Her handbag on the kitchen table and a checkers plastic bag with her cleaning products. When she left she informed me that one of the towels was on the balcony as it was still wet. The pillow case on my bed was mouldy Shower walls were disgustingly dirty, dirt running down the side of the bath. The shower mat had old dirt and mould underneath. Door lock missing, odd plates, knives and forks, only 1 wine glass and odd glasses. Knives so blunt I couldn't ever cut strawberries. They left us two 1/4 rolls of toilet paper, for 3 days booking. I contacted them about toilet paper just after 11am and received toilet paper at exactly 16:04. There was old mushy soap on the soap holders in the shower. You are treated like a ******** at the **** beach gates. There are 2 gates, the guard from both gates less than 6 meters apart check your bags for any drinks or food as it's not allowed on the beach. You may only purchase water and food to take to the beach at their shop, which is 3/4 empty. Besides for enough mayonnaise and spirit vinegar to last through the appocolypse. Staff are unfriendly, unhelpful. No one tells you you have to get a new wrist band daily to visit the beach. Over all this was the worst experience f my life. The filth was disgusting we stayed in apparent 1523. I will never go back even if it's for free
