THE BLYDE CRYSTAL LAGOON - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Hi I would like to give feedback regarding our stay ... It was so disappointing as the guards didn't let us in to the lagoon .... Yesterday the lagoon was closed by the time we got there and today they refused to let us in saying we not allowed in on check out date! So we made all the plans and paid all that money to stay there and not allowed entry!!!! Also the security guards were extremely rude towards us. Very unacceptable.
