Last year on the 31st December I booked for vacation unfortunately things didn't go according to what I plan. I got there and found that the person I booked made double booking I was angry & dessapointed my kids where like someone is dead then we had to go back home. The guy told us he will refund within 7 days even today I haven't received my money
