Poor service

Horrible experience, guards are very rude, no acces to the man made beach after arrival time 1400hrs. No good reception from the owners of the property, visitors properties no privacy as they are mixed with tenants, the place needs an upgrade, Rooms very untidy dust everywhere no curtains no blinds what a waste of money. Claiming back my one star given
