Poor Experience at The Blyde Crustal Lagoons

I had a terrible experience at The Blyde I made my booking via bookings.com. The unit was filthy and had a foul smell. I was ****med by an owner who advertised the unit as an air BnB yet I could not have access to the amenities. He colluded with a security guard who gave us fradulent receipt for access to the lagoon and restaurant which we were not aware and we were flagged and treated like ********s when we tried to get tags. The owner of the unit was rude/disrespectful and essentially falsely advertised on bookings.com to get credibility when I tried to raise my issues with him. I'm very dissapointed with bookings.com as they refused to give me my refund even thought I had no choice but to check out.
