Poor Communucation

I am certainly not happy with the service because yesterday I sent a message regarding my refund, and until now, there has been no response from you guys. Lesego is now nowhere to be found; the phone is just ringing on its own. The pro forma invoice sent to me only has the WhatsApp number; there is no landline for customer service or the complaints department nor an email where inquiries can be sent, which is very *********** for such a big Brand. Your service is poor.
