MINT Resorts DOES NOT REFUND YOU AS PROMISED.

We have made a reservation at The MINT Resorts the Blyde. Our boys' tour got canceled and we cancelled the reservation, explaining the situation. They said they understood and we could cancel anytime and they would refund us. They asked us to WhatsApp them all the details from the reservation email, proof of payment and our bank confirmation letter to where they need to make the refund. I did all of the above. We have been waiting since 20 February 2024. Every time when we call to follow up, they ask us to send a WhatsApp and then they reply with the SAME message, "We will follow up with finance and get back to you....and then nothing. Such bad service.
