I WANT MY REFUND FOR Alimama spaces Robert's Blyde

I booked via Bookings.com for a vacation at Alimama spaces the robert's blyde and I was returned back home on my day to check in they said the booking was canceled but they never called me. This is sooo disappointing and embarrassing as we came as a family to celebrate new year's eve. PLEASE BRING BACK MY MONEY !!!!!
