Disappointed in the blyde lagoon

I wouldn't recommend the blyde for anyone to go an enjoy it was more like a nightmare, thought we would bring the kids but not even the enjoyed it, their rules are utterly RIDICULOUS some rules we do understand but seriously no slippers, no vaping yet you in the open outdoor, have to pay for to spend the day at the lagoon upon checking out day ,what's the point when you booked to stay there , there's sooo much more other rules that really isn't necessary, the agents don't communicate well with you regarding the keys and so forth, security guards and staff aren't friendly AT ALL, definitely won't be coming back to this place not worth a cent
