Digging to payback deposits of 1000

Bad experience we checked in on the 13 September 2024 and out on 15 September 2024, when checking out on Sunday morning we were instructed to leave the keys at safe box, which we did so, later on Monday i received call from agent asking about the key, told her that the key left it at a safe box, later on send message that the heater and iron is missing, all this they're dogging to pay back your deposit of 1000, bad service i will not recommend to other ppl
