Cancelled my booking in last minute

I booked three months back and paid full amount to secure the apartment at The Blyde and our check in date was today on the 20 December but I got an email yesterday says my booking was cancelled due to over booking so I’m so angry because me and my partner were already packed bags to go and enjoy our holidays there , so I’m very disappointed . And I have not received my refund
