Breakage fee Refund

I booked accommodation at The Blyde Crystal Lagoon November 8-10, 2024, I was meant to receive a refund for breakage fee (which nothing was damaged) on the 12th Nov 2024, till to date 23 Jan 2025 still no refund I sent several messages requesting my refund they keep on asking my name and banking details but still on the 21st they told me I should have received my refund and I told them still no refund and their last message was they are checking with accounts department till today no luck.

Management at the Blyde please assist me on this matter.
