Bad service !!!

This place is the pits We stayed there on the 4-6 October 2024. When we arrived we had to stand long cues for admin nonsense that didn’t make sense. Upon arrival at our unit 11 the WiFi was not functioning we were on a call with them for hours. On top of that we had a security tell us we making a noise that time we had no music and we’re talking softly. Lastly our refund has not been paid yet we asked they said 14 days and here we are on Month end October I will never recommend this horrible place to anyone
