Bad experience with The Blyde Crystal Lagoon Pretoria

I booked 3 bedroom apartment beach view unit 1518 block 152 for 2 nights. When we checked in the unit was dirty, no kettle cause the one that was there had cracks and was not working. We could not have tea or coffee the whole weekend. The bedding had stain in all the bedrooms. Now I'm suppose to get my R1000 deposit refund, I haven't received my refund since I checked out on the 14th July to date. I have been calling but not receiving any progress from the staff at the Blyde Pretoria.
