Bad customer service

I booked in March with the blyde and i was asked to pay 30 percent of the amount quoted by them of which i did for August reservations, i then canceled on the 31st of July 2024 due to unforseen circumstances, they told me that R500 will be deducted and the remaining balance will be reimbursed, i have followed up so many time with them for my refund but nothing has been done till today, their service is so bad that it hurts
