Appalled Citizen of The Blyde

I currently reside in the Blyde and i must say i am really appalled on the maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

I cannot even recall the amount of times i have contacted the security regarding the disturbing noise levels at odd times of the day even early parts of the morning, not to mention the filthy staircases that have not been cleaned properly or at all.

Recently i received a penality for having a piece of material on a foldable rack. According to the code of conduct we are not allowed to hang laundry on our balconies except for a rack that Balwin has requested us to purchase (this is over R1000) otherwise we will be subjected to paying fines if we utilise our own foldable racks.

The communal cloth drying areas is in the same vicinity as the bin area and there have been reports of chlothing items being ******. So where do we dry cloths ? Balwin should be more concerned about maintaining the upkeep of the facility then worrying about what drying racks people have on their balconies.
