Never shop at The_blogger_shopper they do not deliver paid orders

I made a payment on the 25th of November for a white dress. I sent proof of payment to Mandy of the_blogger_shopper Instagram page (thebloggershopper.com). Mandy confirmed receiving my payment. It's now the 10nth of December. I still haven't received the dress. You do not respond to my Whatsapp texts. Delivery in Joburg was supposed to be the next day. I have not yet received my order? I have waited over a week. The blogger shopper claims that deliveries to major cities is 1-3days. So I have been patient enough. They must refund my Money if they cannot deliver sales as promised.
