FYI before you sign

Would not recommend living here every weekend there is loud music. Security phone does not work. You lay complaints but nothing gets done... Residents are rude,inconsiderante of other tenants peace.. As a grade 12 it's hard to study... I cry almost each day cause I'm stressed at school and then I still have to come home to a place where it's even harder to study... I've even woke up to ask tenants to just respect others peace but most of the time they are drunk and ********... By the gate there clearly stands "No loud music" but clearly some people didn't finish school cause clearly they can't read... I actually didn't want to give it a star but yeah... If we knew this place was so noisy on weekends we would have never came here in the first place... Loud music,disturbances of peace and rude tenants... Not all tenants just some
