No Responds from them regarding my Refund

I've placed an order for the amount of R900.00, The item supposed to be delivered on Saturday. But after a struggle, He returned via whatsapp, "out of stock, may I send you another color?" I rep****, Yes. But then he came back say there is NO more stock of the item I've ordered. So I ask him to kindly refund me my R900.00 as he was so quick for me to make the payment for the delivery, now I am struggling to get my refund back, since Saturday. He is ignoring my calls en my whatsapp messages. He advertise himself on Facebook (The Blaqrouz) but his is NO man of his word. I think his name is Zondi.
