The blackanese

Good evening. I come with this complaint as the service and customer s****s are lacking heavily in this champagne and wine bar/food bar. Maboneng is the area. The blackanese is the name. Firstly the wait for the simple order of five dishes - three of them being the same. The waiter then had the audacity to be unrulingy rude and provoke us. We ordered this over an hour ago and everyone that walked in after us -their order was placed after ours they walk out with their food whilst we still wait.
