CHRISTMAS DAY RIP-OFF

I submitted a complaint to The Black Olive Howick regarding Christmas lunch via FB Messenger. I subsequently followed up because they didn't have the courtesy to respond. To date I have not had so much as a peep from them and being in the hospitality industry myself I know what to expect. I am absolutely disgusted at their blatant disregard of this and find their lack of response very arrogant
