**** gems and rings and no reply.

I bought a ring through Bid or Buy in August last year. I did not look like the real deal when delivered so had someone else check it out and theu agreed that it looked **** and did not measure correctly on the Mohs scale. I requested investigation from Cathy and she said they will collect and retest. Since the collection only one email regarding refund and appologies with no action. She is not reponding to cslls nor emails for the last few months.
