Bad Supplier/Business

I bought an engagement ring via bid or buy, 26/11/2016, and after several weeks needed to change my plan to get engaged once I received the ring but no certification as requested and paid for and the wrong ring. I made contact immediately with them and told them about it and I would like a refund. They arranged collection the same day and informed me via email, but I rep**** immediately back to say I do not have the ring with me at work and they must arrange collection for another day. They still sent the courier to collect.<br> <br> Now I must send the ring back at my own cost and still waiting for address details where to I can send the ring so that they can refund my ring. I am still waiting after 3 weeks for the info and bid or buy is giving no support.<br> <br> I am now consulting my lawyer to take this case further.
