A complete ****!

I \won\" an auction on BOB for a ring in Sep 2015. Had no response for weeks. On following up Cathy informed me that they didn't have the ring size. After providing the size, we still went back and forth until one day the incorrect ring was delivered. She then had couriers collect it and promised that the misunderstanding will be sorted. A second ring was sent over a month later after me making contact with BOB...the quality was even more pathetic than the first. That was also returned. Thereafter Cathy said she would refund as they are not bringing in any more diamonds. But since that promise, no contact could be made. I have been following up with BOB with very little success. I actually feel that BOB needs to take some responsibility. The only reason I made the purchase was because BOB had The Black Knight as an approved seller. So how do they protect the consumer from such ****s?<br> "
