Bad Service from Biztec Durban

Craig from Functions for Africa, we have been a client of Biztec for our office photocopier and printing services for the last 5 years and our contract came to an end August 2020, 2 weeks before end of August this year we required a black cartridge to order to use our printer/copier, but no one at Biztec ever returned any of our calls or ever helped get a black cartridge to out office, inspite of us still paying for our rental and service since beginning of Lock Down. Biztec have also taken Seprember Rental out of our account and no one at Biztec are wanting to help us refund our money back to us... Baaad service and no one at Biztec ever returns any calls, in this day and age where keeping business and clients happy are of utmost importance....
