A Family Lunch spoilt!

On Sunday 29 March I took my family of 5 out for lunch expecting a great experiencebecause o great feedback I was given about 6 months ago. Waitress (sour faced) came for drinks order...few sodas and 2 waters. Drinks came - no water was brought. Ordered meals..and the food was cold - my sister and I had chicken schitzeI and her hubby had stirfty - which was cold - Isent mine back but they didnnt want any issues so ate theirs. The schnitzel which was like the soles of my worn out shoes was reheated in the microwave and came back tasteless! Still no water I reminded them twice. Whenwe ordered dessert I again asked for the water which was then brought just before we left. I decided not to add a 10% gratuity to the bill and the payment was just taken from me - no thank u! The table of guests next to us also returned their basket meaks as it was filled with more chips than the acual chicken! Never again!!
