Worst Service by The Bike Hospital

I am very disappointed with the service i got from "The Bike Hospital".

I have been dealing with them for many many years and i have been buying from them for over 20 years, but i regret that after this last experience i will no longer be supporting them again.

After days of a back and forth which started with a phone call when i had enquired on a tail piece for my Zx10r. Everyday i got told that the guy who was assisting me would be going to the other shop for the tailpiece. Each day i would follow up and then get told they started looking through stuff but no luck yet, then i get told there was loadshedding and because of that nothing could further be done.

After my last conversation with Peter on the 11th of April 2025, i have yet not been contacted again or been given an update on anything. This is some of the worst service i have ever received by a bike shop. Peter was quick to give a price for the part i was in need of but when it comes to getting hold of it or any response from the shop or Peter unfortunately had no urgency or any sort of acceptable correspondence timeline to even try and make an effort to assist me with my part.

If this is how they are now doing business these days then that's fine by me, but i definitely would not support them ever again.
