SARITA - Mpho Sunset Lodge refuse to pay back our Deposit money!

We are not getting our deposit back!!! We stayed int Marloth Park from Monday, 30 Dec 2024 till the morning of the 3rd of Jan 2025. Our booking was made through Sarita from Mpho Sunset Lodge. We are struggling to get our deposit back. We booked through Mpho Sunset Lodge / Sarita and she is ignoring me now after numerous attempts to request our deposit. She ignores us and refuse to contact us back. Mpho Sunset Lodge is now only available under The Big Rondawel and not Mpho Sunset Lodge anymore. There were a lot of disputes during our time we made our booking in December 2024, people were very unhappy about double bookings that were made, and they even got the police involved in this matter. Sarita was helpful at the time of our booking and even changed our venue, but now she refuses to pay our deposit back. She refuses to answer my calls nor my WhatsApp messages. Can somebody please assist us?
