The Big Mouth

My girlfriends order was messed up at the big mouth. She ordered a calamari pasta and they brought her a seafood pasta. The manager came out and said that since she has started, she might as well leave it and he’ll add it on to the bill. I find this incredibly ********* due to the fact that he exploited us for an extra 150 rands. The calamari pasta was far cheaper than the seafood one. Surely, as a manager, when your staff mess up. You should do all you can to make sure customer satisfaction? In this case, he was only interested in affecting his bottom line on a meal that we hadn’t even ordered. Please check your manager in the future as this behavior is completely unacceptable.
