I got the contructors details on Facebook on a request for a Jungle gym constructors. I therefore contacted the owner by the name Ruzani whom I requested to quote me on different jungle gyms sizes and he sent me pictures with prices. I therefore confirmed with him that my budget is R7500 and he said he can build me the one that I'm interested in as a form of adverti*****t with hope that I will get him potential customers based on his work. Therefore we agreed that he will buy the material and come install weekend and he will require a 50% deposit upon starting and 50% balance upon completion of the project. Then we agreed as arranged. The jungle gym that he has built is nothing compared to the picture that he sent and that we agreed on. The Jungle gym is not straight and looks ace and the roofing of the tower is a mess and the kids slide is not the right height and is assembled below the standing point on the tower and unsafe for kids to slide on it. There is no climbing net nor sliding pole. The gym looks untidy and worn out. He refuses to change the slide nor reassemble the whole jungle gym for safety measures and adjustments so the slide can fit the height of the jungle gym. He promised to come fix the work on the 24th of November however never came and does not respond to messages. He is unprofessional and ****s peoples money and deliver poor results on his work. Never ever use this company for anything as they are not reliable and not to be trusted. They have wasted my time and money. Very dissatisfied and dissapointed at Ruzani for poor workmanship, service delivery and false adverti*****t on work they have never done.
