EXCELLENT CUSTOMER ONLINE SERVICE!

Service is rare in SA and I want to commend the online service of The Big Green Egg. I have ordered a few items online. Delivery is fast, easy to get hold of telephonic. I love my Big Green Egg. Great quality and it can cook , smoke and braai so many different dishes. I recently ordered a Half Moon ConvEGGtor for LARGE (41cm). It was unfortanetly cracked when we opened it. I phoned the Monday 28/06/2021 , they replaced and delivered it Tuesday 29/06/2021. Great service!
