***** COMPANY

A company called BIG 5 NETWORK deducted R79-99 from my bank account with out my knowledge why is this easy for companies to just access our bank accounts in this country, Should I not perhaps get contacted by my bank that I entrusted with my hard earned cash before any thing happened so that I can confirm of any debit order that needs to go through. This is not the first time a Durban based company has done this. This company is full of ****** and ********** people who should be prosecuted. I called them about this and they don't even feel bad about it, telling me I must have spoken to someone. Who did I speak to and when. I would not just accept a phone contract over the phone. I am not crazy, this company should be closed down. They are *********. I am beyond furious with what has transpired.
