Poor support and after sales service

I purchased a printer from First Technology , then Big five supp**** the printer , they technician came out to connect and we could not connect on line because it required a new ip address , The printer has not worked a single day from date of purchase and now there is 2K callout fee to setup , the manual supp**** is vague it is designed to get you depend on the callout technician
