Jive compitition not real

I buy Jive soda water daily and saw that they are running a compition where you can win one of 3 ****ed out car boots and airtime daily by simply send the unique code under the bottel cap to *120*1722 I have done this many times with no luck so i emailed *** on 17/12/2019. I receive no feedback and then tried *** on 2/1/2020 to query again but no luck, I contacted them and they advised that the office people will be back on 6/1/2020. On 6/1/2020 Niyaaz Hendriks emailed me for my phone no which I have emailed to him. He then phoned me on the same day and I explained to him that when ever I try to enter I get message connection problem or invalid MMI code, invalid selection made please check and try again, i also advise from which phone i have been trying to do this and advised that i have air time, data and wifi. Niyaaz then phoned me back again to advise that another department will phone me but to date this has not been happening. It is now a month and i still have the same problem. I have tried to advised the company of my problem, i have more than 50 caps and cannot enter one so what is the use. Maybe Jive will respond to Hellopeter.
