Do better.

I am truly disappointed in the service tonight. We came in, sat down for almost 20 minutes without getting so much as a menu from either one of the waiters working the upstairs area. People came in after us and received their menus before their seats could even warm up. I am utterly disappointed as we have been going to The Bench for a while and enjoyed the food and vibes. We ended up leaving because we felt as though we were invisible tonight.
