**Borehole Issue and Lack of Accountability by the Body Corporate**
**Borehole Issue and Lack of Accountability by the Managing Agent** I am extremely disappointed with the way our complex is being managed. The ongoing borehole issue is only one example of what appears to be a complete lack of transparency, accountability and responsiveness from the Managing Agent. Legitimate concerns are ignored, communication is poor, and residents are left without clear answers. A Managing Agent exists to serve owners and residents, not to operate without accountability. As a result, I will be taking this matter to *The Herald* and raising awareness on social media to understand whether others have had similar experiences with this Managing Agent. I hope this matter is addressed constructively before further action becomes necessary.
