Staff at The Belfry Kitchen gives small community in Twee Riviere bad name

<p>We went away for the weekend and passed Twee Riviere many times. This time we pulled over for breakfast at The Belfry Kitchen. What a horrible experience, I have never experienced such rude service in my entire life. We were only 2 people inside, no other clients, so my phone rings and it is one of my clients, so I took the call. The chef/waiter interrupts me while I am on the phone and tells me to go outside. I was so stunned I didn't even hear what my client wanted. There are no signs in the front or on the inside of this place to ask people not to use their cellphones while inside. When we wanted to pay, my friend tells the chef/waiter that she thinks it was very rude of him to interrupt me while on the phone and that he could have waited until I was finished and then asked me to next time not take the call and also pointed out to him that there were no warning signs on the walls. To which he responded: "well that's okay, you don't have to come back". Twee Riviere community, The Belfry Kitchen staff is giving your lovely little town a very very bad name. Best of all this obnoxious chef/waiter didn't even get our order right, because we asked for normal croissants and not chocolate, when he brought the chocolate my friend and I decided not to make a fuss about it and just eat it. If I had known how this would have turned out at the end, I would not have accepted him bringing me the wrong order.</p>
