Just want to give a shout out to Thobile and Kobus from Bedroom Lifestyle in Strubenvale Springs for excellent services rendered.

In October of this year I bought a bed as a gift but in November we noticed that the mattress stitching was getting loose. I contacted Thobile and after expressing his shock he immediately offered to exchange the mattress. After conversations with the relevant parties I told Thobile that they decided it to be too much of an effort to exchange the mattress and I mentioned that I will just go and buy a mattress protector. Thobile then immediately offered to give one free of charge by the end of November. Since I was very busy I could not do it at that time. I contacted Thobile on Tuesday to hear whether this offer still stands and he assured me that I can come by any time to pick it up, which I did this morning.

No hassles, no problems.
