Terrible service at the bedman atlas

We have received the worst response and service from the bedman atlas ever they are good to take your funds but can't provide decent after service. We purchased a bed which is still under guarantee having sleepless nights with this bed as it's not the way it was we have reported this to them on numerous occasions and emails with no decent response as they seem to have don't care attitude.We been sending numerous emails and follow ups with no response. Bed has guarantee and warranty but they refuse to respond to us.
